Are you wanting to take your worship leading and worship songwriting to the next level?  We want to walk with you through an twelve week journey that will equip you to lead worship more confidently and write songs that glorify King Jesus.

Worship leading and songwriting can be challenging…

It’s true, how do I know what songs to choose?  How do I lead a band?  How can I improve as a musician myself?  We are going to hit all of these topics and more, all while falling more in love with Jesus and growing with a community of like minded worship leaders.

You will be equipped to lead worship confidently, and write songs that invite others into the worship of King Jesus.

Hands on, worship leading and songwriting.

The School of Worship Seminar is a twelve week (12 credit) course designed to equip you practically in your worship leadership and songwriting. We’ll dig into the Scriptures to find out more about what worship is, we’ll talk about all of the practicalities of being a musician and leading songs and a band, and we’ll spend a lot of time writing songs.  We will write songs about God’s character, what He’s done through Jesus, and songs of intimacy and encounter that propel us to evangelism and world missions.  
What does a week in the School of Worship look like?

Great question!  There will be classroom time hitting on both spiritual and practical topics, and then time to apply everything you are learning in both an individual and group settings. 

We are looking for students who are deeply in love with Jesus, have a great attitude and are highly motivated to work hard and grow.

At the end of the school each student will have a live demo recording of one of the songs that they wrote.

Lecture Phase: $4200
Optional Outreach Phase: ~$2300 + airfare and visa to outreach location. (TBD)

YWAM – DTS (Discipleship Training School & Field Assignment – IDS 701/702)

or

YWAM – CDTS (Crossroads Discipleship Training School – IDS 703/704)
